Basic Rules:
- 4 vs 4 (with at least 1 women not including the goalie on the court at all times)
- 25 minute halves running time
- ABSOLUTELY NO CONTACT
- Protective eyewear mantatory
- Shin guards and gloves recommended
- Players must be 21+

What players will need to bring:
- Hockey stick:sticks with wood blades must have fiberglass coatings
- Goalie mask and pads for that position
- Eyewear is required, we have goggles for participants, or they can bring their own
- Shin pads recommended
