Note: This league plays at the NEW Oceanside Sports Facility in Arundel (25 minutes from Portland)

Basic Rules:
- 5 vs 5 (with at least 1 women)
- 2- 25 minute halves running time, stop time when applicable
- 7' x 12' goals
- Players must be 21+
- Sportsmanship policy strictly enforced
- No metal cleats and shin guards recommended
