| Game Times: | 7:30, 8:30, 9:30, 10:30, or 11:30 AM |
| Fields Used: | Memorial Stadium Turf or Cape Elizabeth HS Turf |

Basic Rules:
- 6 vs 6 (with at least 2 women on the field)
- At least every 3rd play must involve a woman
- Absolutely no contact
- 5 Count strictly enforced
- 60 x 35 yard field
- 2 first downs before a score attempt
- Players must be 21+
